3.0 Reserve Retirement and Civilian EmploymentSection 12736 of title 10 (10 U.S.C. 12736) provides that it is unlawful to deny you civilian employment retirementcredit for a period of military service on the grounds that you are receiving Reserve (age 60) retirement credit forthe same period of service.
