ROA understands the unique challenges and opportunities that come with service in America’s Reserve forces. Our programs empower current and former Reserve members and their families to navigate their military service, strengthen their careers, and fully realize the benefits of Reserve life.
SERVICE MEMBERS LAW CENTER
ROA’s Service Members Law Center provides resources, links, and information on the laws governing the service member/employer relationship in order to help service members find answers to their legal questions on civilian employment.
RESERVE CONNECT
ROA is building a suite of programs to help you live your best Reserve life. ReserveConnect will link YOU with education, health, employment, and family programs – all connected to your service, your benefits, and your membership at ROA!
RESERVE EMPLOYMENT
Our Reserve members deserve meaningful civilian employment that rewards their service and skills gained while in uniform. And ROA will provide resources to help them find it.
RESERVE EDUCATION
As a member of America’s Reserve, you deserve education resources to guarantee you are the best educated, future-looking force in American history.
RESERVE HEALTH
Our Reserve Component members deserve access to the same level of fitness resources as their active duty counterparts. ROA is going to help fill this gap.
RESERVE FAMILY
You don’t have to wear a uniform to serve in the military – family members serve their country, too. And ROA is working to ensure that they get the resources that they deserve.

ROA is involved with four international organizations that benefit Reserve Component members.
AMERICA 250
The sparks of the American Revolution came from the muskets of the Nation’s Reserve-militia, not “regular” military forces, on April 19, 1775. Come back through the spring and summer of 2026 as we celebrate America’s 250th Birthday!
