ROA’s virtual ReserveConnect Forums are held the second Tuesday of every month, bringing Reserve Component service members, veterans, and their families face to face with the experts and resources that move the needle on employment, health and fitness, family life, and education, and complimenting our ReserveConnect resources online and ROA programs around the country.

Join us as we talk transition from the Reserve Component – whether simply ending a term of service, retiring, or leaving a period of active duty. Our Reserve force has no equivalent of the Active Duty-specific Transition Assistance Program (TAP), so ROA staff and partners will be talking about the gaps and challenges of transitioning out of the Guard and Reserve, the new DD 214-1, employment resources, and new skills you can learn now to thrive in and out of Reserve service.
