Leaders' Toolkit
The Leader’s Library provides information on how to run a Department or Chapter.
It contains a collection of member recruiting and retention ideas; the forms that need to be submitted to stay in compliance for membership rebates; blank awards and recognition certificates; and the current ROA governance and policy documents.
