ROA Policy E15, section 7, requires all Departments and Chapters to align their fiscal year with national. National’s fiscal year ends December 31.
HOW TO GET THE IRS TO REINSTATE REVOCATION
The IRS will automatically revoke an EIN for failing to file for three consecutive years. Organizations whose tax-exempt status was automatically revoked because they did not file can apply for reinstatement of their tax-exempt status.
