Participation
The Annual Meeting is open to all ROA members.

A Zoom link will be provided closer to the meeting. The link is also included in the agenda (sent around via email on 1 September 2026). You may share the link by forwarding the emailed agenda, but please do not post the Zoom link on your website or social media. This helps us prevent disruptions from people who are not part of ROA.

The agenda was sent around via email on 1 September 2026 for your review.

We do not anticipate any new business, but there will be an opportunity to bring up new business if needed. No resolutions or Constitution & Bylaws amendments are scheduled for consideration.

Elections have also been adjusted to align with the new spring Annual Meeting schedule. Elections will now be held in the spring.

Delegates
Please submit your department’s Delegate Report by October 12, 2026. The Delegate Reporting Form and Voting Strength Summary are included below. You may use the form or simply send the information by email.

Please also be sure to identify your Chief of Delegates.

Rules of Engagement
To help the meeting run smoothly:

1. Only the Chief of Delegates may cast votes on behalf of the department.
2. Each delegate must sign in to Zoom using their full name so they can be properly recognized. If the full name is not displayed, we will be unable to identify the individual as a delegate.
3. All delegates may speak.
4. If you would like to speak, use Zoom’s Raise Hand feature and wait to be called upon.
